This week I say my goodbye as @kmdibondijcts resident hugger, receptionist, marketing girl, and photographer - yes in that order :) So happy to have met, trained, and exchanged hellos with every single one of you. To my right, is Elizabeth. She is lovely and funny and Im sure shell be overwhelmed with the warm welcome our bondi community is now known for. 25.01.2022 "Ive always been interested in martial arts so over the years Ive tried a few but none of them really worked for me. I came across Krav Maga whilst I was researching about joining the army...watched countless videos online then finally after two years, a friend went with me to my first class and weve been going ever since. Ive never been an aggressive person so the best part I find is that its not all about punching, kicking or hurting others. Theres so much more focus ...on self-defence against real-life scenarios. The way the instructors teach you is so uplifting especially for someone extremely uncoordinated like me. The friendly people you train with also makes it fun and encouraging."
