25.01.2022 "I haven't had to defend myself yet! Which is a good thing. I did take about 6 months off at one point. Sparring makes me realize that there is always room to improve on basic techniques, which is something to keep coming back for. I also enjoy the combatives and groundwork classes the most, they are always a good workout." Kerry, training krav maga for 7yrs+

This week I say my goodbye as @kmdibondijct's resident hugger, receptionist, marketing girl, and photographer - yes in that order :) So happy to have met, trained, and exchanged hellos with every single one of you. I came across Krav Maga whilst I was researching about joining the army...watched countless videos online then finally after two years, a friend went with me to my first class and we've been going ever since.
