24.01.2022 Hi everyone, fantastic news! Braveheart Krav Maga will now be running both kids and adult classes twice a week from 3rd August! Kids can train from from 6-6:45pm on Mondays and Wednesday's and adults from 6-8pm also Mondays and Wednesdays. ... We have been waiting patiently for this opportunity and now we can! Watch your childrens development accelerate to a new level! Adults: we are so excited!!!! Double the classes! Double the knowledge, double the skills .......double the everything!!!!! 22.01.2022 So, Braveheart Krav Magas inaugural trivia night just happened........I hope you all had as much fun as we did (I doubt it, your singing and dancing was hilarious ) So the winners are....... 1st place: 10 points to Gryffindor! Jennah Williams Peter Hill with 37.5 points ... 2nd place: ridiculous Ruddles Richard Ruddell with 36 points....so close!!! Dodgy first round but smashed round 2! 3rd place: youre a quizzard Harry. Well done James and Jayde with 34.5 points. Solid effort, fantastic dancing! Pleased to say that all scientists/medics aced the science round so no negative marking!! Thanks to all who took part. 20.01.2022 Krav Maga teaches us how to protect our loved ones. VIP protection is taught from P5, but some people just naturally have that instinct. Join our online classes to maintain fitness, learn new curriculum and engage with your peers in scenario led discussion. Kids classes from 6-6:30pm Mondays and Thursdays. Adults follow at 7pm.

This was an incredibly hard decision (esp for the kids class!!) but ultimately came down to the people I thought would benefit most. I would love to make this a regular feature of our club, but you mustve been an active member for 12 months and shown me something to deserve it. ... 05.01.2022 Its not too late to sign up for our online classes which start this Monday night at 6pm for kids and 7pm for adults. You will need both Zoom and Whatsapp for l...ive sessions and for us to send you some prerecorded videos. You will also need: - a safe space to train - a partner to train with - focus mitts/kick shields (cushions or pillows) - a water bottle - your club shirt Tom has made a fantastic 5 minute warm up video sure to get your heart racing! I will distribute via WhatsApp to all active students. Please watch this just before class so we can spend more time on training. We will also introduce a new Q and A segment.
