10.01.2022 As this seems to be a recurring thing over the last 5 weeks .. policy changes are immediately in effect and apply to ALL clients, regular and new. As of immediately A booking fee of $20 is payable for EVERY appointment booked (redeemable off of your next appointment) This is non refundable! ... Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked appoinment will be charged IN FULL I can no longer accommodate the amount of loss that is occuring from cancellations. I do understand that there are circumstances that are sometimes out of our control however, just hours notice and even no notice that you are not attending an appointment has got to stop! I think, as my regulars would know, I am more than accommodating and lenient .. more than most, however I do have a business to run. Thank you for your understanding
