04.01.2022 Before your Kreglinger sparkling arrives in your glass it has spent years in the bottle. After this critical time of ageing on lees, the sediment must be captured in the neck of the bottle, ready to disgorge and we do this by rotating the bottles over time: riddling. Whilst some skilled cellar masters might still do this by hand, we use the Gyropallette to help us out, saving us time without any expense to the quality of the wine. ...
