23.01.2022 Home-cooked cheat meals are always a hit! Mixed stir-fry veggies with fresh bokchoy from the garden, beef strips, egg, loads of fresh cut chillies & my favourite flavouring honey, garlic, soy & sesame Be sure not to overcook your veggies so you keep all the goodness. Word of advice - Less noodles, more veggies ... Super Healthy alternative to the noodles would be to use Konjac noodles (they look & taste like rice noodles).



20.01.2022 Breakfast this morning consists of leftover (Avocado, carrot, cucumber, spinnach & fresh coriander) & eggs - made in to an omelette. Literally took me all of 5 minutes.

17.01.2022 Can you guess how many veggies i've hidden in my kids Bolognese? There are 8 different veggies hidden in here. Not only can you not see them, but my kids ask for more Considering 1 of my children would live off plain pasta & boiled eggs if I let them, this is a HUGE win in our household. Taste & appearance haven't been compromised in this recipe either

15.01.2022 Every now and then a client sends an update that makes our day and reminds us the power of change for the better, that we are able to assist them with. That’s 12.4kg in 9 weeks. No gimmicks, no starvation, no unhealthy weight loss VS time and most importantly, knowledge for life. Someone in this weight range would have significantly reduced their health risk by now. That’s 16 successful clients this year with a total weight loss of over 180kg in FAT!

04.01.2022 Yesterday, I suffered from those horrid afternoon sugar cravings. All I wanted was a huge peice of chocolate - but I didn't do it! Instead, I made a smoothie. Do yourself a favour & try this.. it's divine! 1/4 Avocado... 1 Banana Drop of honey Cup of soy milk (alternatively Almond Milk) You can thank me later
