16.01.2022 Hi everyone!!! We have had the best news today!! I can open from tomorrow! We are booked up solid until December with no wriggle room. I’m sorry. We do have a cancellation list though. We have a pretty strict Covid Plan to run with though. We can’t have any access to the house at all, so no use of the toilet. I apologise. We will still be offering tea and coffee but I will be serving it in paper cups so we can throw them away. You are more than welcome to bring your own mug...s/travel cups. We can only have 1 client each in at a time which means we have half the amounts of appointments available but we are just so excited that we can open!!! I’ve put in an eft pos machine, so we can now do contactless payment. Cash is still welcome though. Paula and myself have done a lot of online training over our lockdown and are SUPER excited and motivated to get back to work. Thank you so much to everyone for being so patient over the past 11 weeks.

Over the past week, my salon has had some pretty tight restrictions put on it and being a home salon, Ive had to put on tighter restrictions Again for the sake of my beautiful family. Paula and I have had to ring and text clients constantly, changing times and days or trying to fit their service into 30 mins. I just want to thank all of our amazing clients for being so accomodating and patient. You are all bloody awesome and Paula and myself are so appreciative. We have hard times ahead of us all and Im certain its only a matter of time before Ill need to close my doors completely. Thank you to you all xx

I’ve put a lot of thought into this and I feel the fairest way to rebook everyone, is to push all appointments back 7 weeks. ... I’m going to sit in front of my diary and rebook everyone tomorrow. I’ll text your new appointments to you. If there are any special requests, please text me ASAP and I’ll do my very best to accomodate everyone. 09.01.2022 The 30 min restriction has now been lifted BUT I am still going to work by that to a certain degree and minimise contact, time with client and the amount of clients in here at one time. We also want to minimise time at the basin as we are breathing on each other and also, blowaving as it blows germs around the salon and it is a small space. Being that my salon is at my home, it is important I look after my beautiful family and Paulas. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are all in this together. Well get through this terrible time x

08.01.2022 Dear valued clients, Thank you all so much for your patience over the last couple of months with the disruptions due to COVID-19. Paula and I will be resuming work from 1st June but with a few little changes. ... Unfortunately, due to the virus, we are still required to social distance as much as possible and disinfecting thoroughly after each client. We have decided to scale back our work load a little by working reduced hours daily with no late appointments and we are not taking any new clients. We will be working Saturdays so we can cater for the clients who work through the week. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding and hope that everyone is keeping safe.

07.01.2022 Dear clients, With todays restriction announcements, I have to close our doors from Wednesday night. We will reopen on Monday 14th September. If you have an appointment between Thursday 6th August and Saturday 12th September, I will need to reschedule you. Im so very sorry. Over the next couple of days I will be sending out individual messages to everyone but youre more than welcome to contact me ASAP to reschedule your appointment. 05.01.2022 Dear valued clients, With the new restrictions brought into today I am able to stay open BUT for the safety of you all and for mine and Paulas family, we will be restricting our hours right down.Paula will be working Mondays and Wednesdays and the odd Saturday. I will be working Tuesdays and Thursdays and the odd Saturday. We will be cut and apply color but ask most clients to wash their color off at home. I am going to contact everyone by text. 05.01.2022 Hi guys, Just a reminder that as of Thursday masks will be mandatory in the salon. Ill make sure I have some disposable masks here if you dont have your own. Theres a $10,000 fine for me and a $200 fine for you if they arent worn so no mask, no appointment, Im sorry. Please make sure they loop around your ears and not tie around your head. Thanks Kris x

02.01.2022 I hope everyone is staying safe and well in these scary times. With the new Federal and State announcements last night & this morning, there were no orders for me to close BUT Ive made the decision to close my doors voluntarily after Saturday, unless we are told to do so earlier. This week, Paula and I are working opposite days and will have zero cross over of clients and only working 3-4 hours a day. ... There is probably 2 maybe three appointments left Im so sorry for any inconvenience and I thank my clients for being so understanding and accomodating over these past couple of weeks. The health of my family and Paulas is way too precious to risk and its so important to stop the spread of this horrendous virus. Please stay safe and well see you on the other side x

01.01.2022 Just a reminder that Paula and I are back on deck from tomorrow! We are coming back on reduced hours and at this stage, we arent doing any evenings or taking any new clients. We are working Saturdays though to get the working people in. We are getting VERY booked up. Paula is booked until late June and Im booked until mid July so we are urging people to give a good 3 weeks notice for a booking. Looking forward to getting back into gear again.
