12.01.2022 Miss Kris is my hero she has given me back my life through her treatments and her positive outlook to life. After 5 years of being sick with NO help from doctors I am now happier and healthier and living and loving life. She has also treated my little man and helped not only his health but emotional issues that were effecting his self confidence and ability to cope at school. 07.01.2022 I have a lot of people coming in to the clinic sick with the flu or calling up for advice. The following is what I do for my family to get over a cold or flu quickly... 4000-6000mg of Vitamin C daily, over 4 doses. Make a drink twice daily with the following- 1 tsp Peppermint Olive Leaf extract, 3 drops Citrus seed extract, 1/4 tsp zinc, powdered B Vitamins, squeeze of fresh lemon, and 1000mg of the above mentioned Vit C. Rub tea tree or eucalyptus oil on the soles of feet..., chest and back, dilute with olive oil if have sensitive skin. These oils will help clear the lung and nose. Clean the whole mouth twice daily including flossing and also brushing the tongue, , bacteria live in the mouth and prevents you getting over a sore throat quickly. Bioglan Throat Clear lozenges every 2-3 hours. Minimum 2 litres of water daily. Stay warm. Rest. Sunshine . No sugar or dairy. This will slow down healing. Take a good probiotic daily. Eucalyptus spray in the house. If we start the above plan at the first sign of a cold its completely gone within 24hrs or doesn't even develop. My advice is to please check this with your doctor. 07.01.2022 I have been treating a young lady with painful joints and swelling that she has had for 7 years. The swelling and pain was the worst in the knees and ankles, though was also in hips, elbows and wrists. For the last 4 months she has also suffered with extreme fatigue. Her NES scan that i did showed a distortion with her lymphatic system, also kidneys and bladder. All of these were to be expected as the swelling was 'fluidy'. Her scan also showed her nervous system was not fun...ctioning at its best. Therefore if information from the brain through the spinal chord and out to the peripheral nerves was not optimal there would be a breakdown in her bodies systems. After just One treatment her energy levels were increasing, she had much less pain, was walking easier and not limping, though was still puffy in the joints. After two treatments her energy levels were increasingly better, the pain was very minimal, and her legs were much less puffy. She also felt a lot more optimistic and bright in her mind.
