22.01.2022 Patience is courageous... Talking to a coaching client last week about his recurring tendon problems with elbows and knees. He'd break down, need to reduce training intensity and gradually build himself up again.... Whenever he'd start to make good progress he'd push himself harder than programmed and then bang... The cycle would repeat. Why? A lack of patience. The thing about patience - it's not cool (and it's usually not fun). Going hard is cool... Hustling is cool... But patience... Being strategic and respecting (not trying to force) the process? Not. Cool. We always want the success.. But we want it yesterday. I haven't heard a lot on social about how someone decided to NOT go to the gym, or who DIDN'T make that sales call. But sometimes it's THAT that is the most ballsy thing to do... So often, when we need to wait, we try to force the issue and end up making things worse.. When you're sick and need to rest but instead you train and your body ends up taking longer to recover... Waiting on a sales prospect to transfer money or call you back. You follow up too much, come off needy and push them away... Waiting on someone to text you back.. You text twice, screw the ratios and look like a crazy person. Thought for the day: Maintin an intense focus on what you want, and strive for excellence in doing the things you can control BUT also chill the f*ck out and stop trying to force sh*t! Patience is courageous.

10.01.2022 Is it unethical to learn a sales process and selling skills when your business is about 'helping' others? Also - Pick up the VERY ethical script here bitly.com/ptsalesblueprint

06.01.2022 It takes a lot of moisturiser to cover this jaw and up until recently I just bought stuff off the shelf at Woolies.. Turns out most of them are full of sh*t, parabens etc... My mates Gen & Henry have launched a skincare range that is natural AF and delivered to your door.... It's good - check it out here

04.01.2022 It was great to be on @being.babs new podcast JungleHQ for a raw and open 2 hour chat.. We dive into fitness, business, insecurities, personal growth and how a police uniform has more than 1 use Bloody inspired by what Jack has created at JungleHQ..... It’s a gym stacked from wall to wall with top end equipment and there's a real mission and purpose behind it all. Can’t wait to see the next chapter unfold for you, thanks for having me mate. Check it out the podcast on Apple Podcasts and get down to see the gym on Regent Street in Prahan. @Jungle HQ

02.01.2022 Have you ever wanted to increase your fees but got scared that people would think it's expensive? Well, answer these questions... Is $1,00,000 a lot of money?... Is $1,000,000 expensive? Is $10 cheap? Now, consider this... What if the $100,000 investment made you $1,000,000? What if the $1,000,000 got you a 5 bedroom house on the cliffs of North Bondi? What if the $10 was for a coffee? Here's the lesson: Money means nothing in isolation There needs to be a reference point to give it meaning. But the meaning people place on it will be different for each person because it's all a perception.. Right now there some people think your service is CHEAP, and others think it's EXPENSIVE. But who's right? You really have 2 options: 1) Set your fees on the value that YOU place on your services & show the value with testimonials, free trials, VSLs and/or webinars etc... Or 2) Place your financial future based on the irrational and arbitrary opinions of strangers you've never met. Choose wisely
