22.01.2022 A guy today in the gym said to me "You don't have to be great to start, you have to start to be great" This really hit home. It's all about how you think. If you think you aren't good enough or you can't do it or or it's too hard, you won't ever change or try something new.... So get out out there and do the things you have always wanted to do. Make the most of your time here. And do it for YOU Happy Tuesday

12.01.2022 Perseverance & Persistence was what tonights session was all about. Still managed to train with a needy & sick little girl, a doggo who wanted all the attention and Jess wasn't feel 100% herself. Well done Jess, super proud of you for pushing through. I know that wouldn't have been easy!!
