23.01.2022 24 HOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Please be considerate when making appointments at Kristalz Hair Studio, we understand that last minute things happen that may impede your ability to attend your scheduled appointment. We will work with you to the best of our ability in these instances to re-book and accommodate to your situation. Please keep in mind that we are a family run business who rely on our clients attending their appointments. If an appointment is cancelled les...s then 24hrs in advance it has a big effect on business and other clients awaiting a booking. This policy is effective as of 30/07/2019 requiring a minimum of 24hrs notice of cancellation or reschedule of appointments. If less than 24hrs notice is not given your appointment will be marked as a no-show appointment. This enforces the client to pay a 50% non-refundable invoice from the service booked sent via email or mobile which will require payment before any future bookings are made. We are contactable after hours via management text messages on 0429 607 160. By making an appointment with us, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy. Kristalz hair and beauty has a strict 'no refund' policy on all purchases, including all hair and beauty services, change of mind or circumstances and in the event you choose to discontinue treatments. All clients agree on completion of services with the consultant to be satisfied and happy before leaving the salon. No refunds or exchanges will be given. All treatments and services are non transferable in exchange for other treatments and other individuals. Deposits paid for all skin, beauty and hair treatments are non-refundable. Thank you for your consideration and understanding in this matter.
