25.01.2022 Picking and semi drying calendula you make herbal medicine for my herbal manufacturing subject this is why I wanted to study naturopathy and herbalism is to be able to grow, and make medicine not only for my family but also for my friends and clients. For this assignment we need to document our recipe and method, as well as take photographs of each step and present on a PowerPoint with detail step by step instructions including good manufacturing practices as well as labeling and correct storage. Love studying what I am passionate about and interested in.
25.01.2022 Highly recommend the Adventurers Lodge in Maydena on Airbnb for your home away from home whilst exploring Mount Field National Park. Unfortunately the mount bike trails are closed until the 1st September however we did lots of bush walking there was plenty to see and do.
24.01.2022 The needles bushwalk which is at the highest point in the road on the way to Strathgordon starting at 650m altitude we climbed 400metres straight up over about 3km. It was an amazing walk with Jeremy carrying Jack the whole way as it was very steep, slippery and muddy. The last photo was taken today when it was covered in snow. @ Needles

If you have any suggestions regarding time etc please send them through and loom forward to seeing you all and sharing this powerful work to awaken the wild authentic women that we are!!
19.01.2022 Awesome hike up Hanson peak, along the face track to Wilks lake where Jeremy had an ice cold swim. Then down to dove lake. Followed up with a mulled wine at Cradle mountain lodge. Great company from Jess, Em and Jeremy, training for us girls to do the overland track in March. #bushwalkingtasmania #cradlemountainnationalpark #hansonspeak @ Cradle Mountain
17.01.2022 Colour consciousness and healing through aura-soma pocket rescues, pomanders and quintessence. These arrived today for my clients who have been asking about them and wanting to bring another layer to their healing journey, cant wait to share the special qualities these contain. #aurasoma #energyhealing #intuitivehealing
16.01.2022 Yesterday we bottle 102 jars of sauerkraut and kimchi should keep us as well as Kurt and China who live in our cottage on the farm going for a year. Great for those nights you dont feel like cooking, just cook a steak or chops on the bbq with a big helping of each sauerkraut and kimchi and thats dinner taken care of.
15.01.2022 Recently my son Jack came up to The Honey Shed with me whilst I had a couple of things to do. He picked out a aura-soma pocket rescue he wanted to use. Which he chose Star Child blue over pink, this bottle is useful for work with inner child. It can promote feelings of warmth and love of a child with a childs potential for forgiveness. Relating the communication of peace with love for the self and others and unconditional self acceptance. May help with the need to resolve difficulties from the childhood, assertiveness or forgiveness and self acceptance. Also related to the Crown Chakra. It is applied anywhere e.g chest and neck in a wide band go include spine.
15.01.2022 Making it a little extra special for my clients today with the additions of these beautiful fresh flowers
14.01.2022 Driving home this morning from lake pedder. The section from lake pedder to Maydena took 2.5hours would normally take an hour. Lots of snow and fallen trees the snatch strap came in handy a few times. Home now after an amazing 12 days exploring our great state so much fun was had even the drive home provided a fair bit of excitement!!
14.01.2022 Some of our beautiful Alstroemeria in full bloom after they had a 6 week break from being picked. They really enjoyed their little holiday and so did we. There is over 30 different colour varieties and combination that we grow. They are such beautiful flowers @ Robertson Farm Produce
14.01.2022 Jack is off for a sleepover with nanny and poppy, and Mum gets to have a day doing what I love. Horse riding in the bush with the sun shining through the trees and I feel connect to Mother Earth, followed up by a hot bath with rose petals, chamomile and lavender hydrasols distilled by a beautiful friend from herbs picked from our farm, Epsom salts, candles, chai, Native American flute music and a book called The Red Tent this is bliss
13.01.2022 Todays walk up Valentines peak, Jeremy did an amazing job carrying Jack for the majority of it. We had a late start, missed the morning rain, we had great weather and amazing views. It was challenging in places like the start where you have to Ford the river.
13.01.2022 Looking for recommendations to take this cheeky little puppy to puppy school to teach him some manners and obedience so he doesnt jump all over everyone especially little Jack whom is not impressed with James at the moment. Look forward to seeing your suggestions....
12.01.2022 What does your Tuesday morning look like, mine is studying Materia Medica in bed. Specifically musculoskeletal disorders, disease and their herbal treatments. Which is fitting as this Thursday I am making herbal creams for a couple of clients to specifically aid in symptom management of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis arthritis and improving peripheral circulation.
12.01.2022 People often associate sprayers with chemicals such as herbicides and fungicides, but here I am mixing up our spring holistic spray containing neem oil and fish emulsion which will be followed by activated microbes tomorrow. I only did the one application last year and it dramatically reduced leaf curl. It is sprayed onto the fungal duff area around the tree and all over the trunk and branches, I will have to avoid getting any on the early flowering plums and pears but can do their trunks and fungal duff zone.
11.01.2022 Russel Falls an easy 10 minute walk and by the far the most impressive waterfall I have seen in Tas. I wonder how many people take this waterfall for granted as its so easily accessible. Anyone of any age could access this waterfall and it is also wheelchair friendly track.
11.01.2022 Back to back clients all day in the honey shed and Daisy popped in for her turn as well. A little cranio sacral therapy for her was on the cards. Love seeing people transform with as a little as one or two sessions whom are now such much lighter and not weighed down by their past, and reports of loving life and feeling the best they have felt in years. This brings me so much gratitude and fulfillment in what I do and offer to the world and my local community.

09.01.2022 Are you wondering what the red tent womens circle is about? This book is a great read and is written as a novel based around traditions and ceremony that women experienced centuries ago. One particular tradition that expands many cultures, religions, ethnic groups, and centuries is women entering into The Red Tent at the time of month when their menstruation was in sync with the cycle of the moon and one another in their family/ kin and village unit. They would have a brea...k from their normal everyday activities and rest whilst they bled. They also ate celebratory/ exotic or sacred foods that were not apart of their everyday diet, to celebrate and honor their bodies. They also honored traditions and ceremonies that embraced and honored their femininity as well as goddesses of their religion or spiritual belief. During our Red Tent Womens Circle we will be gathering as group of women, varying in ages from the onset of menarche and all the way through to menopause and post menopause. In a loving, accepting and nurturing space, supporting one another to be who we are in our unique beauty and feminity. I have a couple of things planned to share, however this event and all future ones are about what each and everyone of you need to be in the world. Completely open to suggestions and ideas. Depending on numbers and interest we can invite different guest presenters each month on varying topics.
08.01.2022 This beautiful bay mare Charlotte has a corneal ulcer that we have been treating for a few weeks, with weekly check ups from @forthvalleyvet, today Gill Braeme and I watched a video on equine cranio- sacral therapy and followed up with a practice session on Charlotte. She had some great releases with lots of yawning, licking the lips, and a few tears from both eyes which I didnt know horses cried so much. You could feel lots moving and realigning energetically, she was very relaxed and sleepy afterwards. This mare has been amazing in how well she has accepted her treatment 4-5 times a day eye drops/ ointment. She is soaking up all the extra love and care she is receiving.
07.01.2022 Junee caves where the water comes out on top of the earth after running under ground for approximately 30km which started flowing under ground back at Growling Swallet a walk we did yesterday. @ Junee Caves
06.01.2022 Looking for recommendations on a good camera for someone looking to get into amateur photography and take it bushwalking so compact and light would be ideal. I dont know anything about photography yet so complete beginner. View across lake pedder from the lake pedder wilderness lodge.
05.01.2022 Look at the cheeky grin of a happy 4 year old boy receiving a kinergetics treatment from mummy. Jack has the tendency that whenever he picks up a cold it goes straight to his lungs and has asthma with an expiratory grunt and wheeze. We have many Emergency department presentations for ventolin and dexamethasone before we learnt to pick the it up early. He now gets homeopathic drops or pillules, as well as licorice and marshmallow plant extracts which he actually likes taking. ...And today he had a kinergetics treatment that showed he was in flight and fight so a balance around this then I did some intuitive energy body balancing whilst energizing his kidney they felt heavy and like they were full of thick sludge he started crying and said that he missed Stella our cat that passed away a few months ago. At the time he didnt show much emotion and thought it was strange that he didnt get upset cause he is such a sensitive child. But today he released that grief he was holding onto. We all suppress emotions at times so this is where regular kinergetic balances can help to keep us in good health or help move things that are stuck that start to cause physical ailments and pain. #kinergetics #intuitiveenergyhealer #intuitiveenergyhealing See more

Luckily it was before the worst of the weather set in. We had a great day, followed up by a well earnt beverage around the fire @pedderwildernesslodge @ Mount Wedge
