24.01.2022 Tada!! Finished !! Yay!! I have completed my Bachelor of Health Science degree in Naturopathy (at Endeavour College). It’s been an amazing journey!! Intense,... yet so rewarding. Learning lots more about the human body, mind and soul, has been so beneficial for myself as well as my family, friends and endeavour clinic clients. Learning about health and disease, and how when given the right conditions, via diet (optimising nutrition) and lifestyle (sleep, exercise, joy, purpose, mindfulness etc) and where necessary herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, homeopathy and flower essences amongst many other recommendations, the body, mind & soul can usually recover . I have met many amazing lecturers, supervisors and fellow students of naturopathy, nutrition, acupuncture and massage at Endeavour College, and I will miss coming in to our clinic and classes, and yet I look forward to attending our future networking/business lunches and seminars with many of these I have met. My family have been amazing support, keeping me going whenever I thought I couldn’t. I love you dearly, thank you. And to my friends, I’m back . I have taken a break during January, and am now building the foundations of a new naturopathy business. I will rent rooms in the Erskineville/Newtown area, and also plan to integrate online consultations also. 13.01.2022 Yum! Ooops I ate the first piece of toast before i had a chance to snap this, it was that good. Life-changing loaf of bread (from mynewroots.org) tahini, avocado. Healthy fats plus great GF fibre and b vitamins to boot!

04.01.2022 Sunday morning brunch, here is mine after my Sunday bike ride. Wild caught sardines (high in healthy anti-inflammatory fats for my joints and protein for muscle recover) a colourful salad ( high in antioxidants and folate) feta and roast vege leftovers (complex carbohydrates and resistant starch). What is your favourite brunch? Love to hear about yours!
