20.01.2022 These past few months I have been contemplating what's next... What makes me tick.... What and who inspires me.... What are my values.... What do my family want and need... I love being surrounded by a like minded caring community. Positive people who are passionate about living the best lives they can. I believe in nourishing and healing our bodies naturally and getting outdoors to explore this wonderful world we live in. After following the lovely Emily @elu _life I was introduced to the most amazing team of women who inspire me every day - thank you ladies! This is one of our coffee and cowork catch ups. #holisticliving #energiseyourlife #nourishyourbody #healthyfamily #worklifebalance #healthykids #mumsupportingmums

12.01.2022 This time of the year is so much fun, our family loves Christmas and catching up with those nearest and dearest! Especially this year when we haven't seen most for so long!! It's also the time of the year when we tend to eat wayyyyyy to much... If you would like some help with how to avoid this and what you should be putting on your plate to nourish your body and help you feel satiated DM me for a link to the recording of this free webinar.

11.01.2022 We have been trying to teach our children how to build a veggie garden using the resources we have. We have been cutting the bottom off the celery we buy at the local farmers market and placing it in a saucer of water. Within weeks it’s sprouting! We then place it in the garden and cover with an up cycled plastic bottle creating a little greenhouse which protects the plant from weather and slugs whilst it’s little. ... Such a fun experiment/activity to do with the kids. We also do this with leek. What’s your DIY gardening tip?

09.01.2022 I am so grateful for our smiling healthy FAMILY. I am grateful to have been able to spend a cranking summer on the coast together. Catching up with FRIENDS and FAMILY who we haven’t seen for so long has bought many smiles to our dials!!... Beach, sun, health and love - life doesn’t get better!! What are you grateful for? @ Noosa, Queensland

05.01.2022 It’s an exciting time of the year when most of us are catching up with friends and family who we haven’t seen for so long. As I shop for Christmas presents I reflect on one thing that Covid-19 taught our family and that’s what do we really need. Our kids are blessed, realistically they don’t want for anything. They don’t need me buying them new plastic toys (which end up in landfill) just because it’s Christmas! These don’t bring them true happiness, what they love is spend...ing time and doing things with us! Reading books together has been huge this year. Our son made me these beautiful vouchers a couple of days ago 10, 20 and 30 minute massage, cleaning and help vouchers Best gift ever! Made with love and from the heart. Maybe I need to take a leaf out of his book and make a bunch of vouchers, I’m sure he would love some dedicated one on one time, play dates, hot chocolate dates.... I also try to think about where I am choosing to spend our money, If I’m supporting our local community and / or Australian businesses. Some great finds are : - Our local markets. - Brunswick Bound is an independent bookstore with a brilliant selection of books and gifts. - Pascoe Tales in Pascoe Vale has locally made, ethically produced, one of a kind eco friendly gifts - If you’re a cheese lover you simply can’t go past Harper&Blohm owned by Olivia Sutton. An amazing selection of cheeses with the service and knowledge to match What’s your favourite gift idea or your favourite go to?
