20.01.2022 PLEASE remember salon courtesy this festive season Due to the high volume of last minute cancellations, changes and no shows these past few weeks I feel the need to gently remind those that I am a small business. This time of year is my busiest, and I allocate a fair amount of time for each an every appointment. I please ask for at least 24hour notice for cancellations or changes to your bookings, otherwise a fee may occur. ... I am very understanding and know that things come up, kids get unwell and your beauty appointment is not always the necessity all I am asking for is the maximum notice possible as I am almost fully booked untill the new year with people waiting on a cancellation list for appointments. 16.01.2022 we are still here, and I'm still smiling (behind a mask) now mandatory for all of my services... I highly encourage all of my clients to also wear a mask, and please bring your own as I will struggle to supply for everyone.. please also when waiting for an appt, stay in your car untill I come out the front to greet you to avoid coming into contact with others and also allowing me appropriate time for sanitation between.... there will be a new sign in sheet you must fill out upon arrival we've done this before, let do it again and kick this corona in the love to you all, stay safe & and healthy KRISTIE X

15.01.2022 natural lamination filling up these brows nicely the lamination 'come and try' special is now over but I will be keeping this service around. $60 for a lamination, tint and shape will last you six weeks ... -please keep in mind, the lamination keeps a wet sleek look for the first 24 hours, then return to a fluffy look once dry. -you can not get the brows wet for 24hours for maximum results -the brows will still have movement, they will still require a quick brush when you get out of the shower to encourage the direction of growth still (I will give you a brush on your appt) this service is perfect for those wanting a fuller brow PM for any enquiries X

07.01.2022 my time is precious too I have been quiet on the social media front of late, sorry! but I just wanted to jump on here and take a moment to remind all new clients and all existing clients that my time is precious too. life is busy for everyone, we all have commitments, work, kids, sport, illness etc. I absolutely understand this but unfortunately these last few months I have taken abit of a hit.... I have had no shows, large cancellations last minute, not having all the services originally booked in for without mentioning prior but even more so lots of people rocking up late to appointments. there is no fingers getting pointed here, this is not directed at any one specific person, this is a generalised message just to remind you all that not only is it a financial loss each time, but my time is just as important as yours. Even though I work from home, and offer flexibility, I never over book, and I do not 'squeeze' people in. I pride myself on allocating more than a fair amount of time for every appointment this avoids adding stress to my days, and it also avoids unnecessary 'rushing' of appointments. It is really appreciated if you contact me as soon as you know there needs to be a change to your booking. Whether it be you are a few minutes late, or you don't need all the services you booked in for, or you need to reschedule. 0421830199 is my contact number for those that don't like contacting via social media. This allows me to contact people that may be waiting on a cancellation list. I am very understanding, and all I am asking for is respect for my business and my time. 03.01.2022 It's beginning to look alot like Christmas Below is an indication of my Christmas & and New Year trading I have extended my trading hours/days in the weeks leading up, where possible.... Although already heavily booked there are only small appointments left the week of Christmas. so please, book now if you know you are wanting a pre Christmas appointment Please, during this time i ask that you are punctual to your appointments, give as much notice as possible if needing to cancel and wait in your car untill I ask you to come inside due to current Covid requirements. 02.01.2022 I'M BACK feeling refreshed ready to jump back into business please remember, we are in November already and dare I say it that Christmas is kind of around the corner now.. ... please book in advance to avoid missing out as hours will remain the same for the moment Currently: Monday and Wednesday 5-9pm Tuesday and Thursday 9am -5pm I will look into extending Thursday evening trading in December and spray tans only for Fridays if demand is there. 02.01.2022 Paraffin Wax is a treatment commonly performed during a deluxe manicure or pedicure in a beauty salon. The paraffin treatment surrounds the skin with penetrating warmth that coats like candle wax(if you could imagine), while opening the pores it helps to soften and hydrate the skin to improve dry, dull or cracked hand and feet, whilst improving the elasticity. Due to the warmth of the treatment it is also extremely relaxing. Paraffin can also be used in Physiotherapy to impr...ove joint mobility by warming the connective tissues and increase blood flow. Also a great pain relief treatment for arthritis suffers. I personally suffer poor circulation all year round and terribly dry feet so it is something I have been wanting to add to my salon collection for quite some time. My darling mother also suffers painful hands plus arthritis so Merry Christmas Mum! Not sure if it will be a regular salon treatment yet, but for those interested I have just purchased a paraffin hand and foot bath (yay) I am considering this could be a fabulous add on during other treatments as it can be put on the hands or feet, then left on while other treatments are performed for maximum benefit. So, whilst I figure out all these exciting new things, please be sure to mention to me on your next appointment if it is something you may be interested in trying. Kristie x

02.01.2022 It's getting to the time of year where I highly suggest you pre book your appointments or book as far in advance for events etc that you know you will be needing. I have noticed an increase of pre bookings already especially for after hours appointments. On another note, I'm feeling incredibly grateful for all the support these last few months have seen me my busiest....
