25.01.2022 Please sign and share, the travel industry needs you! My first cancellations occurred in March this year, 6 months later and I am still working hard submitting cancellations and chasing refunds for my clients, with JobKeeper my only income. This crisis will not be over by September and travel agents need financial support to keep going, to advocate on their clients behalf to ensure their funds or credits are returned from travel suppliers, and to be here to assist when it is ...safe to book those dream holidays again. Thankyou.

25.01.2022 To all my friends, family and clients, Thank you for your support over the past few weeks which have been the toughest of mine and many of my industry colleagues working life. I have worked through Sep 11, Ansett Collapse and SARS, but absolutely nothing like this.... I am so proud of the support that the travel industry is showing to our clients who have had their holidays cancelled, are locked down overseas or caught on cruise ships abroad. It has been challenging trying... to decipher complex airfare rules, work out which borders are closed, which airlines are still flying and where clients have been in case they now need transit visas. This has become a team effort across so many different businesses where we would normally compete for business - we are collaborating to get our Aussies home. We are spending hours on the phone to airlines, wholesalers, tour operators, hotels and cruise lines trying to negotiate the best outcome for our clients. When it is time to travel again please consider where you decide to book. Imagine having booked your holiday online and being stuck overseas these past few weeks, with cancelled flights everywhere!! 22.01.2022 Lovely wine can be challenging in Thailand but not here! Over 350 labels in a climate controlled cave! With organic and biodynamic wines making up more than 50% of the collection Their resident sommelier holds regular wine tasting evenings with canapés and chocolates.... it’s no wonder I love this place!

20.01.2022 This time two years ago we were at this pristine beach, 22km of soft white powder, sand like you have never felt before. An unbelievable stretch of beach where you may not see a sole for hours! Did you know Cable Beach was named after the telegraph cable laid between Broome and Java?

I am pleased to have been able to bring my clients and their loved ones home over the past weeks; and to have had the opportunity to provide support and advice to those planning long-anticipated and treasured holidays. 11.01.2022 The Den - Arguably one of best kids clubs I have ever seen, definitely the most enchanting... A huge bamboo moulded playground in the shape of a manta ray! Carefully thought out for all ages there are plenty of hands on experiences for this kids to enjoy. With The Eco Den tailoring activities to children aged 1 to 5 and the Eco Den entertaining the older kids 5 years and up.
