02.12.2021 To all road users, when you see a learner driver please give them room and lots of space. At some point we were all learner drivers. Allow them the grace to make mistakes. Please don’t tailgate or beep at them. For all you know it could be their very first time behind the wheel. Many learner drivers in Mackay are from non English speaking backgrounds which also affects their ability to have the confidence to just drive. Please respect learner drivers. As a driving instructor we do our utmost to keep them safe. Please show kindness and patients to them which will allow them to become confident drivers.
