16.01.2022 Are you grounded? Do you even know what that means? Most of our lives centre around computers and screens, which have different electrical fields circling us, connecting into WiFi and other electric needs. Do you notice feeling tired after sitting at the computer for a long period? It can really zap you! Getting outside in nature and breathing in the fresh air (non car polluted) is one of my favourite things to do to bring that earth energy in. I love to forage, collecting ...sticks and feathers - it brings mindfulness and presence in to my nature walks. Something I have to to do a minimum 2 times a week to function! Walking barefoot on the earth is also a favourite - and something I feel to do intuitively! I also have an earthing mat for you to use in kinesiology sessions, which brings negative ions (the juicy goodness you can get from nature) into your body to help centre and ground you.
