13.01.2022 Do you still have leftover chocolate in your house and need to get rid of it in a different way. Try this Chocolate Crunch Bars recipe from Cookidoo. So delicious and so easy!! The recipe does call for semi sweet chocolate (whatever that means bc that's certainly not in my vocabulary!!) But I used the leftover Easter Chocolate instead. 11.01.2022 Beef stroganoff at its finest a video of me cooking up this beast of a meal is hopefully going to follow up tonight... That is once I've finished scoffing my face right now I've made my own adjustments to suit my needs and you will see that in the video to follow. Overall this meal takes 40mins with only 15 mins of hands on preparation so you can literally come home and pop this baby on while you organise everything else or everyone around you gotta love that!...!! 05.01.2022 I feel like I say this all the time... But really, really yummy Meet the fruit scones from Cookidoo These scones are so super quick which was so supahandy because all I did this morning was laze around after quite a big weekend (photos to follow once I get my hands on some) Then I realised I didn't have much time before I was heading to a friend's place so I searched Cookidoo with the filters afternoon tea, preparation time under 10min and total time under 30mins. ...And there was the fruit scones. Made with wholemeal flour and Greek yoghurt as a base. It also has a teaspoon of cinnamon however I added to just because I love the taste. It also had the goji berries and dried apricots however I still had leftover mixed dried fruit from making hot cross buns that I exchanged the berries and apricot for the dried fruit. Everyone loved them.
