20.01.2022 Another 'well done' shout out to a different PT client.....awesome job Dempsey! She has lost over 30cm in the last few months, and is so much stronger and fitter!! Her friends are noticing how much her shape has changed....every dip and burpee has been worth it!!!

08.01.2022 Big shout out to Jade, who has been doing a combination of pts and classes, and has lost 39cm from her body, (9 from waist and 7 from around belly button plus all the rest!!!) AND she smashed her fitness challenge by 3 minutes this morning Well done champ!!!!
