22.01.2022 Testimonial My JP story Well hello every one ! ... I would like to share my success in using JP with Gastric Sleeve I have had early April 2016 .. I decide to have the sleeve done after having a few health issues , and not being able to eat as much as "normal " people I knew I had find my top up nutrients and I remember seeing Juice plus some where so set out to find JUICE PLUS ! I started taking straight away! I also decided to join the franchise team as I saw the possibilities of this amazing product. Best decision I have made ! All my life I have been a big lady after having children. The gastric sleeve is a tool to help me stay at the right weight at the life I have to live . This is when I decided to have my gastric sleeve! Another best decision I have made NO REGRETS! I have had a dream run ! I have made a few slip ups like ate too fast once but that teaches u will not to forget ! slowly and chew :) I started taking my magic beans again in my 3rd week after the op and I slowly introduced them through out the day one by one and now I take them in the morning and then my complete shake ! Complete shake holds 13.1 gr of protein and so much more, especially Vit D ! our daily need every one is lacking in this because of our busy lives and not in the sun enough. My energy level is fabulous, my skin is glowing I keep getting told by every one I don't feel nausea, lethargic or week. My healing has been wonderful, feeling strength with in my body feeling like a million dollars! I am determined to live till I am 90!! Not 65!! When I started this journey I was 96 kg, surgery weight 86kg, current weight 75, 9 weeks since op!! Everything has to have a balance in life, You have to have the good and the bad, you can not just have positive positive it's not balanced BUT it's the way you handle the negative in ur life ! never to late to make that change in your life Love and health to all
