15.01.2022 I forgot to post our dinner from last night which was absolutely delicious!! If anyone would like to place an order then please feel free to contact me :) Beef Chow Mein... Ingredients: 500g of beef mince cabbage shredded cup of peas Handful of beans cut into quarters 4 mushrooms diced 1 bok choy roughly chopped 1 onion thinly sliced 2 cloves of crushed garlic 2 celery stalks thinly sliced cup of oyster sauce 2 tbsp of soy sauce 1 cup of chicken stock 2 tbsp of YIAH Madras Spice Blend 1 tbsp of YIAH Southern Onion Meat Rub 1 packet of egg noodles Add the mince, garlic, onion and YIAH Madras and cook for 5 mins on low-med heat. Add all remaining ingredients (except the egg noodles) and simmer on low for 25 mins. Add the egg noodles into a bowl of hot water for 2 mins and then transfer to the wok with the other ingredients and mix through for 2 minutes and then serve

Honey Chilli Chicken Ingredients: 2 chicken breast (cut into cubes or strips) cup of flour (plain or SR is fine) 2 tbsp of YIAH Lemon Myrtle Honey Glaze 5 tbsp of honey 2.5cm piece of grated ginger 4 tsp of cornflour cup of lemon juice 3 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce cup of water 2 tsp of soy sauce 3 shallots roughly chopped tsp of YIAH Chamoy BV Oil for frying (I tend to use a fair bit of oil when deep frying so I don't like to waste my YIAH oils, I just used the store bought EVOO) Cut chicken into cubes. In a plastic bag add the flour and YIAH Lemon Myrtle Honey Glaze and add the chicken and shake coating each piece of chicken. Fry the chicken until golden and remove from the pan. Leaving a tbsp of oil in the pan and add the grated ginger in and sauté for a minute then add in the honey and stir for another minute on medium heat. Add combined cornflour, water, chilli sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce & YIAH Chamoy BV and stir until sauce thickens. Then add the chicken back to the pan along with the shallots and stir for another 3 minutes on low-medium heat. Serve with boiled rice :)

13.01.2022 One of our family favourites!! I know I've shared my Swedish Meatball recipe before but for those that haven't seen it then you really need to try it. It's absolutely delicious To order your YIAH products please feel free to contact me on 0402040604 or you can PM me. ... Swedish Meatballs Ingredients: Meatballs 500g of beef mince 1/2 cup of bread crumbs 1/4 cup of cream 1 egg 1 onion grated 2 cloves of crushed garlic 1 tsp of allspice 2 tbsp of YIAH Dill & Onion Dip Mix 1 tbsp of YIAH Intense Garlic EVOO Salt & pepper Sauce 3/4 cup of beef stock 1 tsp of cornflour 1/2 cup cream 1 tsp of YIAH Mediterranean Dukkah Mix all of the meatball ingredients together so that it forms a wet mixture. Roll into small balls and shallow fry them in a frypan/wok. Get rid of any excess oil and add the meatballs back to the wok along with the beef stock and simmer on low for 20 mins with lid on. Remove the meatballs from the pan then add the cream, cornflour & YIAH Mediterranean Dukkah to the beef stock, stir through well and add the meatballs back to the pan and simmer on low stirring regularly until pasta has cooked.

Chocolate Banana Cookies... Ingredients: 100g of softened butter 1 tsp of vanilla essence 1 banana 1 cup of sifted self raising flour cup of honey cup of dedicated coconut cup of roughly chopped dark chocolate cup of rolled oats 2 tbsp of YIAH White Chocolate Powder Preheat oven to 175c Beat together the butter, honey and vanilla essence until creamy. Thermomix: 40secs/speed 4 Add the sifted flour, coconut, rolled oats, banana & YIAH White Chocolate Powder and mix together well. Thermomix: 40sec/speed 3 Add in roughly chopped chocolate and mix through again. Thermomix: 20secs/speed 3 Get approximately 1 tbsp of mixture, roll into a ball and place on to a tray with baking paper and slightly flatten. Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden. Allow to cool and harden before eating
