We are PROS at coaching mums and working their programs around their little ones so they can fit in much needed cuddles during their sets on the days they just want to be held. . Ideal? NO... . 13.01.2022 Being a mum ISN’T the reason why you can’t have more. The most common excuse I hear from people, not going after their dreams, is that they are too busy with their kids. They feel guilty they are putting their vision & desires before their family.... They are too busy to put themselves first. WE HAVE TO STOP THIS!! As mums we are allowed to want more. As mums we are allowed to work. As mums we are allowed to have a business. As mums we are allowed to do whatever we desire. In fact being a mum is MORE reason to follow your dreams! Show your children that anything is possible. Show them that the only limit you have is the one we put on yourself. Show them that no matter what, ANYTHING is possible. If you are a mum and you are craving more, I am telling you are ALLOWED to, and that you can go after anything that is pulling at your heart. The path you take doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s, or follow what other mums have done before you and around you. Make the journey your own, and don’t let another excuse stop you. Ok!!!!! 03.01.2022 MY TOP 5 HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TIPS FOR BEGINNERS. Start introducing more colour into your food. I’m talking fruits & vegetables! Eat a rainbow at each meal. The more plant based carbs you put on your plate the healthier your body will be. Make movement a daily habit. It doesn't matter how you move your body, as long as you are doing something you enjoy and can keep up daily. Yoga, daily walks, swimming, Anything that can get your heart pumping and blood flowing. Movement i...s not only good for the body, but incredible for the mind & your motivation. Start small. I tell my clients to make one simple change. Maybe this month you’ll do take away for dinner one night a week instead of 4. Introducing more water into your diet & cutting down or eliminating soft drink is a great step too. Pick one thing that you can commit to that isn’t going to overwhelm you, causing you to quit completely. Don't do drastic, totally restrictive diets that aren’t maintainable or set unrealistic goals that will only deflate you. Make it apart of your daily life. Drink plenty of water. This is a given. Our body needs water to survive and so many of struggle with keeping up our daily intake. I have a 2LT bottle of water to guide me on my water intake. Set reminders in your phone if you have to. Just increasing your water intake alone will change how you feel. Reduce processed foods. We are only human and of course we want to eat some of the naughty stuff every now and then - and we can - just in moderation. You will feel better for it and you will enjoy those treats that little bit more. There are so many alternatives these days that taste amazing!
