20.01.2022 Super proud and excited for my wonderful client getting her hips back in order After 6 sessions (3 weeks later) she was taking the reigns performing her goblet squats symmetrically without any cues. Yea girl!! Also the pain in her mid thoracic has dramatically reduced and nearly cleared huge accomplishment and exciting times ahead. Upwards and onwards. It's important to have correct movement patterns first before building muscle as long term you are building muscles onto an imbalance and compensation is inevitable leading to potential injury. 14.01.2022 Ladies you need to weight train, no it doesn’t make you bulky.. but it will improve your bone density!! You naturally lose muscle as you age, a condition called Sarcopenia. Women have smaller, thinner bones than men from the start, and after menopause they lose Estrogen, a hormone that protects bones which makes it all the more important for us to weight train younger. Strength training puts stress on bones which can stimulate bone-forming cells into action. Strong bones reduce osteoporosis and the risk of several diseases.
