19.01.2022 Don't forget our online store is always open . Www.krondorftradingco.com.au... Why not add some flavour and spice to any dish with our Hot and sweet chilli sauce . Soups , pasta , pasta sauce , casseroles , pizza , or just smeared over cheese before you grill it ... it transforms bland dishes into flavoursome dishes . Fig and chilli is awesome on a cheese platter and great to add flavour to your ham and cheese sandwich . Use it on pizza with slices of Brie and rocket ... and use it as an accompaniment to meat dishes . If you are making curries , Lime pickle is a great addition . Mix it through yoghurt for a dip or do as I do smother it on a chicken and lettuce roll . Eggplant pickle is great with curries and adds interest to sandwiches . Also great with schnitzels . Tomato relish and Chilli and tomato relish are great with meat , and on sandwiches . Plumshire sauce is great to add to casseroles , sauces , steak and chips and marinades and is full of flavour . 09.01.2022 Fig and chilli chutney is awesome on home made pizza . My favourite addition to a basic pizza is slices of brie and prosciutto adorned with little jewels of fig and chilli chutney and baked until everything is bubbling hot . I add fresh rocket and voila ...... YUM

04.01.2022 With Christmas fast approaching we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your custom over the past 12 months . As I reflect on 2019 , This past year has been challenging with a few ups and downs . My health took a turn with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer which was a total shock . Fortunately it was early stage and after surgery and a short course of chemo I am back on track and never felt better . The future is bright and I'm feeling very positive and very ...lucky indeed !!! A highlight ... Our youngest son has just completed his year 12 , and recently graduated from high school . These are changing times in our house. To be honest , I shed a few tears watching our son lead the year 12 cohort at the grad ceremony . "One door closes and another one opens " they say ... so will be interesting to see what the new year and beyond brings . On behalf of Dean and myself , we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy 2020 .
