One of the greatest things about being on @masterchefau has been the contact from overseas - this recipe was sent to me from India, the very generous @yashi_magica messaged me about this winter fermented drink. I’ve finally had the chance to get it going. If you can see the veg & the spices - red carrots, beetroot, mustard seeds, chilli, black salt - you can see why it’s perfect for winter. And what better thing to do (besides eat them for dinner) but pickle them.
