14.01.2022 Keeping Up With Kruger On Thursday, the Year 4s were lucky enough to have a Street Science incursion! They learned about properties, their materials and processing them. They also investigated forces and how they work in our world. ... Students were great at following the safety procedures and listened and participated respectfully! Well done year 4!

10.01.2022 Playgroup Update! Kruger's playgroup multicultural morning was so much fun this week. It was great seeing our friends come dressed in their traditional wear to represent their cultures. ... We enjoyed dancing in our own mini parade and having the parents cheer us on. We decorated our own boomerangs, coloured in our multicultural pictures and listened to the story 'How the birds got their colours'. Come along on Wednesday the 25th as we learn about 'celebrations' around the word and enjoy all the fun activities.

When waiting to enter or when in the fair, please adhere to the 1.5 metre social distancing guidelines. We have marked these distances with gold stars. We are asking that you are patient while waiting to enter, as we are ensuring that we have no more than 5 adults in the book fair at one time and we are also asking that you provide your contact details and time of entry. 06.01.2022 Keeping Up With Kruger 4K are measuring length using centimetres and millimetres. We loved using Coles minis during our rotation activities to practice measuring accurately and to compare their size. Great work 4K!

04.01.2022 From Tuesday the 6th of October 2020 Westside Bus Company will change the way that we display school route numbers on the destination signs. They will be displayed as per the route number on the TransLink website. This means am school services will be prefixed with 52__ and pm school services will be prefixed with 62__.... For example: Instead of displaying "School Bus 10" we will now display "School Bus 5210" for the am and "School Bus 6210" for the pm. 04.01.2022 Last Friday our Crocs Rugby League Team finally got the chance to test their skills at the inaugural Ipswich State High Schools Year 6 9's Gala day. Kruger State School took out the day undefeated winning the Grand Final in style, beating Goodna SS 7 - 0. We also had Christian T win the player of the day award. ... Well done to all the team on their hard work and commitment in training.

Paperwork must be returned and an enrolment interview completed for students to be eligible to attend the transition day in term 4.

03.01.2022 Keeping Up with Kruger In 5E we are learning about taking care of the animals in our school environment, and have decided we will all find a safe way to feed the birds. The photos are of our prototypes and the next step is making the real things and designing a way to keep them out of harm's way.... Wonderful work 5E!

02.01.2022 Our Book Fair is only 6 sleeps away! The fair will be open in the morning from 7:30 - 8:15am and in the afternoon at 2:30 - 3:15pm. Parents and students are welcome to enter the school via the front gate (Kruger Parade) and make their way to the library. The Book Fair runs from Wednesday 19th of August to Wednesday 26th of August. Hope to see you there!
