24.01.2022 A meal in 15 minutes, yes it is possible. Pan fry the salmon first, then using the same pan, throw in some veggies and lightly saute while the cauliflower is steaming for my mash. Use what you have in your fridge before going out and buying anything else.

24.01.2022 I heard this on the radio this am. Once again I cant believe the potential health implications of additives in foods. Researchers at The University of Sydney have found that whitening agent titanium dioxide affects bacteria in the gut and could trigger serious diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer. Food additive 171 also know as Titanium Dioxide is used in foods to make them white, thats it! No other reason. Found in lollies and chewing gum as well as body lotions and creams.

12.01.2022 I have been a bit slack on the posting recently, life just gets in the way. I have a teenager who is recovering from Glandular Fever. Not pleasant, but certainly gives me plenty of ideas for blog topics. How to boost your immune system might be one of them. But in the meantime here is a superfood that is great for you whether fresh or frozen. Blueberries. The red pigment is a fabulous source of antioxidant, it has anti inflammatory properties and boosts brain health. What could be better! They are delicious and perfect to add to your morning or afternoon smoothie. My kids enjoy a simple banana blueberry smoothie and if I make it then there are usually some mysterious ingredients like 1/2 avocado, yoghurt, coconut oil or whatever happens to be in my cupboard https://www.abc.net.au//blueberries-worthy-of-sup/10422896

09.01.2022 Stop the spread of the flu! Good practices include sneezing into your elbow instead of your hands so that you don't then infect surfaces by touching them, and washing your hands regularly.

03.01.2022 I am really glad that this article was published. I despair at how slow change is when it comes to healthy eating. All the messages around food are confusing who so who do we trust? Often its just easier to just keep going on and trust the packaging and all the marketing ploys. I know, I was that person. Since I started caring where my food came from it made a huge difference to my health and happiness. So which foods do you choose, you may need to rethink what you do if you want to stay healthy.
