12.01.2022 Got the idea to make a Thai style pumpkin soup. End result = Ah-mazing!! So I used half a butternut and one sweet potato. Boiled until just soft then blend with a can of coconut milk and I used 1teaspoon YIAH Thai green curry dip mix. Let flavours infuse for bout 20min then voila!!!
07.01.2022 This is my current spice collection!! Absolutely loving the flavours so far. I just need to remember to take photos of what I've made so I can share it!!
02.01.2022 Had a delish roast pork rack that we rubbed with the YIAH BBQ pit dukkah! It was so good, just a nice hit of spice. Made the mashed spud taste amazing too!!
