01.01.2022 Today I read that our immune system destroys a cell with cancerous potential in our body everyday I particularly love the simple clarity in how this process is said to be influenced. That is, to be mindful and nurturing of: 1. What our skin absorbs.... 2. What we ingest. 3. What we breathe. 4. How often we move. 5. The quality of our thoughts. I’m trying to get the hang of this siesta thing here, resting and digesting in a safe space is a potent medicine in itself!
