HERE are three things that will help YOU get through this with more structure and a clear mind: 1) Yoga or meditation. ... Every. Morning. Ok - except for one of the weekend days. Try to find a moment to do this, because next to a steady exercise and morning routine, it creates much-needed silence of thoughts. 2) Plan your day and week ahead. Schedule your tasks in reasonable chunks and try to plan about 60% of each day to make sure you have enough time for unexpected things, and you have some space to breathe. 3) Get some outside perspective. Go outside and go on walks with family or friends - talk about everything that is happening. It can be such a relief to hear other’s thoughts about your situation.
