24.01.2022 Some of you are probably still struggling in your life not knowing what to do. With a little bit of changing your attitude you will see your dreams comes true. Colour your life with positivity. Blast your world with colours. Add positive vibes and colours to the part of your life you encounter most often. Treat yourself with bouquet of flowers, because you are special. Be the brightest one and stand tall. Follow your heart. If there was ever a day to follow your heart and do ...something small that matters to you, that day is today. Life is to be enjoyed, not endured. You can follow a path that moves you. You are always free to do something small and positive that makes you happy. A big part of your life is a result of the choices you make. And if you don’t like your life, if it completely lacks excitement and passion, it’s time to start making changes and better choices. Never give up on something that you can’t go a day without thinking about. Nothing you have that much passion for is ever a waste of time, no matter how it turns out in the long run. When you focus your heart and mind upon a meaningful purpose, and commit yourself to fulfil that purpose a little bit every day, positive energy gradually floods into your life. And yes, We have to stop telling ourselves that other people are our reason for being happy or unhappy. They aren’t in the long run. Happiness is a choice. So Just one small step today. True purpose has no time limit. True passion has no deadline. Don’t stress and overwhelm yourself. Just do what you can right now. Life is short, and that we must seize the priceless opportunities each day gives us. Of course, we can’t do it all and we can’t have it all. Sometimes we have to say no to good things to be able to say yes to the most important things. Sometimes we have to take little risks with our time and energy. 22.01.2022 Instead of saying "I'm damaged, I'm broken, I have trust issues" , Say "I'm Healing, I'm rediscovering, I'm starting over"! I went to a therapist for the first time about 15 years ago. It was just one session talking to a therapist. And I experienced relief from the pent up emotions. My pain vanished and enlightenment dawned.... We think we're going to therapy to be fixed, but actually I discovered I went to therapy to be heard. For the first time in my life I could speak out loud all the pain that I kept locked up inside of me. We're not broken, we have suffering living inside of our precious being that must come out. It's like having a splinter in the bottom of our foot for decades, that causes us pain every time we walk on it, and once it's out we feel relief and learn to walk again without the pain. None of us are broken. We may just need access to therapy. We can begin the healing process by talking with a trusted friend or therapist who will not invade or abandon us. Talk and share your pain. Like they say , shared pain is lessened, Shared joy is increased. You are worthy and whole. We love you! Love, Light & Peace

22.01.2022 Whatever is destined not to happen will not happen, try as you may. Whatever is destined to happen will happen, do what you may to prevent it. This is certain. The best course, therefore, is to remain silent. Yes, When you try to control too much, you enjoy too little. So you just need to let go, relax, take a deep breath and love what is. The giving up is the first step , But the real giving up is in realising that there is Nothing to give up , for nothing is your own. So ju...st let go and enjoy the whole truth. Dissolve into their presence instead of trying to change things. You can stop complaining about your life circumstances, about your losses and just let go and love what is. Just accept. Just appreciate. You can't change the reality. So quit beating yourself up and focus on making difference in your everyday life. During low phases of life, Trust Shiva's timing, His plans are always the best. Everything that Shiva allows to come your way is always with a purpose. He uses even the greatest error and deepest pain to mould us into a better person. No matter how low you are brought, how bad things may get, Shiva is with you. Difficult times are brought to us for our good. Look at the difficult times in your past and notice that good has come from every one of them. Trust that you will be okay no matter what happens. You may be praying hard for something, but gods opinion might differ. Just because something makes us happy doesn't mean it's good for us. Trust that he knows what's best for you. While you may be heartbroken at his NO, he may be saving you from a bigger heartache down the road. So free your mind from needless worries. No matter what happens, no matter the outcome, the sun will rise and set. The world around you is going to spin one way or the other. So why not allow the universe to bless you in surprising and joyful ways. So instead of pushing so hard to make life happen, just be and allow life to happen to you!! Meanwhile keep praying, Shiva hears your prayers and He will help you through it. When you can't put your prayers into words, HE hears your heart!!

21.01.2022 Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. Truth be told, when we harbor feelings of hate, it eventually gets the best of us. It takes control of us. We forget why we hate, what we hate, and whom we hate ; we simply hate for the sake of hating. And then, naturally, we begin to hate ourselves too. Everything and everyone you hate rents permanent space in both your head and heart. So if you want to eliminate s...omething or someone from your mind, don’t hate. Instead, disconnect yourself, move on, and don’t look back. Maturity is learning to walk away from people and situations that threaten your peace of mind, self-respect, values, morals or self-worth. Sometimes you just have to walk away from people, not because you don’t care, but because they don’t. When someone hurts you time and time again, accept the fact that they don’t care about you. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but it’s necessary medicine. Do NOT strive to impress them any further. Waste not another second of your time trying to prove something to them. Nothing needs to be proven. Don't dwell on it anymore. A bad choice, a bad friend or a bad day is just a bad day. Choose not to make it anything more. Times of adversity will inevitably affect the conditions in which you live and work; yet you don’t have to let it affect who you are and where you’re headed. Take note of the bad people, of setbacks and adjust to them, but don’t expand on them by making them a bigger part of your life. Every day brings new lessons and new possibilities. There is always a way to take the next step forward on the path you’ve chosen. Events may be terrible and inescapable at times, but you always have choice ; if not when, then how, you may endure and proceed onward.!! Love light & peace



20.01.2022 All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become. You become what you think about , what you focus on grows in your life and from what you take your focus away from diminishes. This is also the law of attraction. It means that the mind is directing our life in the way we manifest the life around us by the thoughts and directions we take with our mind. Since everything we created around us is first created in the mind, it is the tool between our self and the material world. Think good, Live wisely! Love, light & Peace

18.01.2022 Remember, every one of us is experiencing some level of pain or uncertainty right now. We are all in this together. None of us are ever alone with our problems. No matter how troubled or pathetic you feel about your own present situation, know that there are others nearby experiencing the same emotions right now. When you hear yourself say, I am all alone in this, it’s just your worried mind trying to sell you a lie. In these difficult times, challenge your inner self-talk.... Get some outside perspective. Don’t be scared to let someone else in if you find yourself in a dark place. And don’t expect them to solve all your problems either. Just allow them to face your problems with you. Give them permission to stand beside you. They won’t necessarily be able to pull you out of the dark place you’re in, but the light that spills in when they enter will at least show you which way the door is. We all deal with several significant, unexpected losses and life changes, back-to-back. Trials and tragedies strike indiscriminately and nobody is guaranteed safety. But, by changing your thinking, These hard times and rocky patches can become the proving ground for achieving renewed happiness and peace of mind.! Love light & Peace

17.01.2022 The importance of meditation cannot be emphasized enough. If you’re new to meditation then you probably aren’t yet familiar with the many, many benefits you can achieve through this simple yet profound practice. I know I wasn’t. I thought to myself, how can just sitting there quietly do so much? It wasn’t until I hit a peak level of stress in my life that I finally succumbed and decided to give meditation a legitimate shot. I chose to meditate for 10-20 minutes every morning... and night. After a few days it makes a noticeable difference in how you feel. Most notable is the impact it has on stress, anxiety, depression and overall clarity of thought during the day. You may not deal with these problems but even if you don’t, there’s major physical benefits to meditation as well. In a nutshell, meditation is simply relaxing and becoming present in the moment. This result can be achieved with breathing exercises, by listening to guided meditations, going to classes, repeating a mantra, or even walking around and touching objects in your environment. 16.01.2022 You’ll Find A Way To Be Okay No Matter What Happens. Because no matter how hard you try to plan your life out in detail and no matter how hard you try to control every part of it, the truth is that you can’t control everything in life. Life is unpredictable. It’s full of uncertainties and changes. Your life will not always go the way you wanted and planned. That things you feared might happen to you will happen when you expect it the least. That not all your plans will come ...to fruition. And the truth is that the more you’re attached to details, the harder it becomes for you to kick the habit of planning everything. For example, sometimes when I want to know whether I’ll be okay, I have a hard time figuring out the details. And then I feel lost and helpless. But I’m gradually learning that I’ll be perfectly fine even if I don’t know all the details and answers now. Because I know what’s most important to me. Because I’ve realized that I have to take one step at a time and stay patient until I feel the way I want to feel. So, it’s time for you to begin to trust that you will find a way to be okay irrespective of what happens. You will find a way to be all right even if you still don’t know whether or when you’re going to have your good job, or whether you’ll be living in the same place you live now in 10 years’ time. You will find a way to be okay although you still don’t have the answers to all your where’s, when’s, and how’s. What you need to understand is that you can never tell what tomorrow might bring, and that you can’t control everything, no matter how hard you try. You need to understand that life is unpredictable and the future is uncertain. You need to be open to everything your future might bring knowing that you still haven’t figured out all the details. You need to stop searching for answers. Because you don’t need to know all of them and you don’t need to know all the details so as to know that you’ll be fine no matter what. Of course, I’m not saying that you should never make plans or imagine what your future might look like, but when you do that, be flexible. Don’t try to control your future but be curious about it. Don’t spend your life trying to control all parts of your life, thereby needlessly putting pressure on yourself. Instead, learn to enjoy and savor every minute of your life and let the Universe surprise you.

14.01.2022 Every day when I wake up, I aim to be myself: I dress the way I want to dress, I wear my hair the way I want to wear it, and I walk out the door in hopes that my inner self will align with my external world. But, as much as I want to admit that I do things for myself, I can’t help but wonder what others will think if I wear a certain piece of clothing or part my hair a certain way. So, after feeling like this for far too long, I’ve decided to try to put a stop to this way of ...living. Life is what you make of it, and if I’m living through other’s perceptions, then I can’t call this life my own. So if any of the above sounds similar to what you’re going through, you can be yourself in a world. Because, truthfully, the only person you should be seeking reassurance from is you and you alone. 1- Take a break from social media - It can be hard to find your own voice when you’re constantly consuming others’ thoughts and opinions. While social media channels like Instagram and Facebook are there to connect you with other like-minded people, they can easily put a damper on your day when you see something that could trigger a negative thought pattern. To prevent this from happening, it’s best to take a break by unplugging every once in a while. 2- Resist the urge to constantly please others - Seeking validation from others is a surefire way to prevent yourself from living your best life. Remember: no matter what you do or say, you’re not going to be able to please every single person in the world. Playing it safe won’t allow you to chase after your dreams or make yourself be comfortable in your own skin. It’s best to let go of the notion that it’s your responsibility to make everyone else comfortable when the only thing you should be responsible for is your own happiness. 3- Only say things you mean - Nothing is more damaging to your self-worth than saying things you don’t mean. Being true to your values and ethos is the greatest gift you can give yourself. This allows you to be open and honest with yourself in ways you couldn’t imagine. When something comes up that either bothers you or goes against what you believe, allow yourself to live in the discomfort and politely speak your truth.

In life, patience is not about waiting; it’s the ability to keep a good attitude while working hard on your dreams, knowing that the work is worth it. And every step will feel better than anything else you can imagine. You will realize that the struggle is not found on the path, it is the path. And it’s worth it. Happines...s is not the absence of problems, but the ability to deal with them. Imagine all the wondrous things your mind might embrace if it weren’t wrapped so tightly around your struggles. Always look at what you have, instead of what you have lost. Because it’s not what the world takes away from you that counts; it’s what you do with what you have left. Sometimes life closes doors because it’s time to move forward. And that’s a good thing because we often won’t move unless circumstances force us to. When times are tough, remind yourself that no pain comes without a purpose. Move on from what hurt you, but never forget what it taught you. Just because you’re struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing. Every great success requires some type of worthy struggle to get there. Good things take time. Stay patient and stay positive. Everything is going to come together; maybe not immediately, but eventually!!

02.01.2022 Trust the process. Enjoy the journey. Push past the discomfort. And learn to love yourself just a little bit more each day. Be proud of yourself for pushing yourself to grow. Be proud of yourself for knowing that you want and deserve more. The magic happens when you allow yourself to step outside of your comfort zone and learn to embrace the unknown. This is your life. You are the only one who decides how it goes. You are the only one who can give yourself the joy, the h...ope, the love, the money, the experiences, and the existence you crave. You are not stuck; you only think you are stuck. You are not broken; you only think you are broken. Healing is the process Of remembering you are still okay and always were. This is your life. You are the only one who has to live it. Everything you judge, everything you see, everything you interpret, everything you fear is must a projection. This is your life. And if you want to change it, the first step is realizing that you've had the power all along. the first step is saying: I am willing to see this change. And you will be able to change!
