21.01.2022 My Christmas gift to @picklesandpowerlifting was allowing her an off program single at around RPE8 So here’s a 5Lb all time PB for your viewing pleasure I’m aware it’s a little odd off the floor, but it’s her first time ever pulling on a deadlift bar.
