18.01.2022 The face behind it all Hi my name is Kenisha Seidel & welcome to ks.performancecoach. This is the home of my small business to where I will be sharing my coaching journey. ... Sport has always been a passion of mine ever since I started playing at the age of 7 and haven't stopped since. This has led me to pursue a career in the sport and fitness industry. In 2018, I graduated from a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from which I was able to become a qualified Exercise Sports Scientist. In 2020, I graduated from a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science (Strength & Conditioning). Throughout my University degrees I have gained experience from such places as the Norwood football club & Woodville West Torrens Football club as well as many on site Uni placements working with athletes. I am currently working out of the UPFN second gym and offering strength and conditioning training. This is where my home base is for taking on clients. Outdoor sessions are still used if required depending on the training type. What do I offer?? -Individual sessions -Small group sessions -Online/home programs -Athletic development in your sport -Performance testing for your sport -Team on field testing -Team on field fitness/conditioning sessions -Injury prevention -Injury rehab -General health & fitness Whether you want to become stronger, fitter, be more motivated, become better at running, workout with your mates, get fit for your sport, are coming back from injury, wanting to avoid injury, be ready for pre season, don't know where to start in the gym, I am here to help you out to achieve those goals. For more information contact me on either Instagram or Facebook message, Phone (0439763783) or email [email protected] Make 2021 your best year yet

16.01.2022 The last couple months of training

03.01.2022 Sport season coming up? Have you left it too late and have found you aren’t as fit as you want to be? Don’t worry too much about it as you ARE able to improve your fitness in season however you MUST be careful about how you go about achieving that extra fitness. ... DONT Go out and run yourself into the ground with multiple extra sessions as combining this with the pre exisiting training and playing demands will cause the body to be overloaded. This may result in your performance to go go backwards. DO 1-2x very low impact conditioning session/s per week. This will help catch up your fitness. Low impact conditioning reduces the body’s impact especially on the lower body. Examples of Low impact conditioning = Rower, Bike, Boxing, Ski erg. Goodluck for the upcoming season
