It’s important to add this to your program so you can strengthen the imbalances and target muscles which get taken over by the more dominant muscles. But it was pretty damn tasty for a Saturday night meal. . -Sauté garlic and onion add the Mince meat and cook till brown - add grated carrot, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower and capsicum, cook till it softens. - add taco or Mexican seasoning, chipotle sauce and a 1/4 cup of Tomato Passata.... - add corn - top with homemade quacamole, cheese and natural yoghurt
