Kylie who made a decision to improve her health in January and never gave up even through Covid has lost 23.5kg 89.2cm all over and 11 points of visceral fat. Elisha who at the beginning of this 8 Week Challenge, had a goal of losing body fat and gaining Muscle resulted in coming in at most Muscle gained 400g of muscle....
