15.01.2022 TEMPORARILY CLOSED I am now officially on Maternity leave in preparation for Baby Goodhardt's arrival in Jan 2021. I am looking forward to a few months at home to enjoy our new life as we get to know our new little one. I have not set a date of reopening as of yet, but will keep you updated along the way, and will make another announcement in April 2021 with my return to work plan. If you like my style of meditation, or just miss hearing my voice, I have a couple of meditat...ions available on my website (free) for you to listen to as often as you like. If you are interested in continuing your Yoga practice online, I also have my online Yoga class membership platform with about 30 different classes available for you to watch on demand. There's a free 7 day trial option as well if you want to check it out with no commitments first. Feel free to hit me with any questions. 13.01.2022 THREE WEEKS LEFT! As most of you know my maternity leave is fast approaching with my last day being Sat 19th Dec. Limited massage appointments are still available, but spots are filling up fast! Aiming to spend the first 3-6 months of 2021 enjoying time with our new bundle of joy, and looking forward to returning to business on a more limited part time schedule around mid 2021 - I will be sure to keep you updated so stay tuned for more details.... If you would like to continue your Yoga practice during my time off I have a library of around 30 pre recorded classes you can watch on demand via my website. Monthly memberships are available or see if it is for you with a free 7 day trial.
