24.01.2022 A couple of cruiser’s coming through for some Heavy Duty Trays.

22.01.2022 Ram 1500 tray completed. 2050 wide and 2200 long to suit Express model. 4 underbody toolboxes and rear drawer all with central locking. Rear boxes have built in drawers and laser light bars set into headboard.

21.01.2022 A few Colorado’s coming through recently. Full flat sheet tray on this one with no combing rail lip. 4 x underbody boxes and removable rear stepped rack.

21.01.2022 Good to see some of our trays pushing up to 10 years old still in service in the mines. There seems to be a lot of hype about GVM upgrades etc lately. Best place to start is a good alloy tray over a steel tray. If you can save 100-200kgs on your tray that’s more carrying capacity or offsets other accessories like bullbars, winches and dual batteries. Built right an alloy tray can last and won’t rust and even at the end of its service life can be cashed in at the scrap yard. Lol. Obviously if your vehicle’s GVM is maxed out or exceeded most of the time a GVM upgrade would be inevitable. Save weight, save fuel with a fabricated welded aluminium tray body custom built to your needs.

17.01.2022 Powder coated aluminium slat fencing or privacy screens are getting popular. Supply and install or supply only. Ours are welded not riveted or screwed. Call for a quote.

16.01.2022 Pretty keen to fab up a custom aluminium tray on this new addition. Weight is everything and the only thing people pick on with the ram is payload. Trying to keep the same weight as the stock tub and rear bumper or lighter will be the challenge but have achieved this before. Steel trays cut into the already underdone payload of approx 850kg (Express). Will have to wait till the new year though. #ramluv #realtruck #5.7hemiV8

15.01.2022 A few more trays gone through this year. This F-Truck completed a while ago is off to the Powdercoaters. Hope to get more pics once done and detailed. Serious work truck with some seriously roomy undertray toolboxes.

06.01.2022 We’ve had a busy start to the year. We have been playing with our tray design to give them an updated look yet still practical. 6mm aluminium welded subframe with 5mm floor, headboard, mudguards, tail section and a mandrel bent 76 x 4.8mm headboard tube means they are built to last.
