25.01.2022 Tyson, 6'6, looks small compared to the mammoth!

25.01.2022 Happy new year everyone :) Just a quick update on dates. We have 2 openings for mid February for cattle. Plus a couple of spots for sheep and pigs. Get in quick and book in :)... Cheers Kirra

22.01.2022 Hi all, As of next week you will have the ability to pay via credit or visa debit card on cut up days, using our paymate card reader. This will make it a lot easier to make payments on the day. :)... Cheers Kirra

17.01.2022 Expanding! :) Our new Emergency/small stock room.... Cause being booked out until mid October obviously wasn't being busy enough :)

13.01.2022 Afternoon all, Just an update on bookings, we did have a couple of slow weeks coming up, but a lot of last minute bookings, so we are again FLAT OUT! :) The next available bookings for cattle are late January, with a only a couple of spots available through to march.... With a lot of people now booking in six months in advance, our books fill up even quicker now. So if you'd like to book in, please do so asap. Cheers Kirra

13.01.2022 Just like to wish all our customers new and old a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Hope you all have an excellent Xmas break :D Cheers, Tyson, Kirra, Chelsea and Xander :)

08.01.2022 Good morning all, To all new and existing customers, As of the 1st of January 2015 we will no longer be taking any bookings.... Tyson has been given the opportunity of a life time and we will be off to Gympie for him to manager a 600+ cow dairy :) This unfortunately means he will probably not have the time to continue doing kills on the weekends. To those that are already booked in in the new year, we will be contacting you shortly to see if we can figure out a plan of action. Thanks to everyone for your support and business for the last 2-3 yrs. Tyson has really enjoyed meeting everyone and helping everyone fill their freezers. Thanks again, Kirra

06.01.2022 No matter the size, we can get it done :) This big fella should dress out over 500kg! :-0 (More pics to come)

05.01.2022 Sometimes being a butcher has it's perks in other ways. If Tyson didn't know the anatomy of sheep, he would not have been able to deliver these three via c-section this morning :) We found the ewe frothing at the mouth and not in a good way after a suspected snake bite or poisoning. So with some quick thinking and a heap of towels, these three are safe and sound :)

05.01.2022 Don't forget to support From Paddock to Potager. A great little adventure for the kiddlies and adults alike :D https://www.facebook.com/FromPaddockToP//10151947121611643

04.01.2022 Support a great cause... Www.buyabale.com.au

02.01.2022 Hi all. Just an update on dates. We are booked out for the rest of the year, with the cold room going on holidays over Xmas.... 4th of Jan is our first available date, but there is already a few bookings in Jan and Feb, so if you would like to book in, please do so asap. :) Cheers Kirra

02.01.2022 Hi all :) Just an update on what's been happening :) At the moment we are solidly booked until the last weekend of October, so as usual, if you would like to book in please do so asap.... We have just acquired another room. It should be up and running as soon as it's registered and had a once over by our fridge man. So our availability should become a little better. Although we have another room, we also have another baby :), so it will only really be used for smaller stock or for emergency kills (injured stock etc). I hope we can get everyone in when they need, but as I always say, booking in advance is always the way to go. Cheers Kirra
