03.01.2022 What a year it has been for MKUD Vardar! We attended the Maco Cup 2020 at Jensen Oval then greeted the Former President Ivanov. On Valentine’s Day we fundraised by selling roses at the Gjoko Jovik concert and were lucky enough to spend some time with him. ... In March we held our International Women’s day Igranka where we hosted our guests KUD Biseri. This was a phenomenal turn out! Well done to all our students on their performances! We are Thankful to Orbiti and Aventsa Productions for always setting us up with great music, lighting and creating an amazing atmosphere! Then Covid struck and the world changed... In September we returned to rehearsals and held a very successful open night so much so, we had to create a new group. We received our new uniforms and our Choreographer Maya began training our students in our new home! The George’s Hall Community Centre. In November we held a cookie fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation which was a great evening and supported a child known by one of our members. We then closed the year with our presentation day! Thankyou to Saso Nasa Design for your support! We would like to wish you all a wonderful New Year and look forward to seeing you all in 2021!
