24.01.2022 This brings me to tears... LOVE matters MOST I had many conversations yesterday, yet two remain with me. They were both of people struggling with family members in Aged Care. It’s been 6 weeks since either of these people have been able to visit the ones they care deeply for. Both of their family members in Aged Care have Dementia and truly do not understand why they can’t receive visitors. This is tough on everyone, the ones in Aged Care, their families and friends, and the... staff who are needed now more than ever Simply listening a little, acknowledging that this is tough, that we care, won’t fix the situation, but it will bring comfort Bring comfort today where you can. To listen, for just a moment, may be the greatest act of loving kindness someone who really needs it might receive today. You don’t realize how truly powerful this is
