20.01.2022 Last year the P-2 class applied to be part of a very special Elf program. Their application was carefully reviewed by Santa and they were excited to be selected! Arlo the Elf visited and at the end of his visit he said he might come back again this year. The kids have been wondering whether Arlo would return and were overjoyed to see him magically appear on Monday. Check out what he’s been up to this week!

17.01.2022 Michael and Wayne from the Broncos Game Development team visited us today and taught us some handy ball handling skills. We had a great time! Someone lost a tooth - it was already loose but it makes for a good story . We had some tumbles and tries and the teachers wondered whether Ada should give up ballet and take up rugby!

15.01.2022 We have some sporting items left from our clean up if anyone would like them or has someone that could benefit from them. Please feel free to come and take them, they are just underneath the building.

12.01.2022 We can all help to keep our schools safe. If you see or hear anything suspicious, call School Watch on 13 17 88 to report the incident, even if it appears to be minor. In an emergency or if you see a crime in progress dial Triple zero (000).

11.01.2022 Year 3 enjoying some hands-on learning about capacity and volume.

11.01.2022 We had a little taste of English culture today when Miss Carter treated us with a very English high tea. She was inspired by our new penpals at St Bartholemews in Longnor, England. There were scones with jam and cream, marmalade sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches and more! Watch out for those pinkies!

11.01.2022 The Prep-2 class was excited to meet Bob the Galah today for Show & Tell. Tom has been caring for baby Bob after an unfriendly cat pushed him out of his nest.

10.01.2022 Three brothers, three yabbies! Show and tell is never dull at Kulpi!

10.01.2022 Weird Sock Wednesday is tomorrow!! If you don’t have weird socks, what about odd socks? Footy socks? Bed socks? We can’t wait to see what turns up!

07.01.2022 The first week of Term 4 has seen some comings and goings. We are very excited to welcome our new Prep student, Neha, to Kulpi. We welcome her family to the area too. We also said farewell to Megan and Curtis as they head home to WA. We will miss your smiling faces.

07.01.2022 CORRECTION!! The newsletter states the Fun Swim at Quinalow is next Wednesday the 2nd , but it is next Tuesday the 1st! Sorry for the mistake

05.01.2022 Lest we forget. Our students contributed to the Acland ANZAC Day commemoration service today with a special item Can You Hear The Children Marching? led by our wonderful Music teacher, Ms Newman. They also sang Advance Australia Fair with Mrs Jull. Representatives from our two classes laid wreaths as we all remembered those who died fighting for the freedom we enjoy today.... Two minutes silence is a very long time for some of our kids, but they did so well giving our lost soldiers the respect they deserve. Then Carmen and Alyssa had the special duty of raising the flags during The Rouse. After the service Ms Newman said she has been a Music teacher for 30 years and involved in probably as many ANZAC Day services with schools and she thought our students were the best behaved she had ever seen. Well done, Kulpi kids!! You all deserve a Gotcha!

05.01.2022 The Mobile Library service will be in the school car park tomorrow from 12.30pm to 1.45pm.
