20.01.2022 I have some Truths to share, especially those new to out Kultcha family. But first A little Rose for you, our Kultcha Goddesses.... I wanted to thank our beautiful customers, some of you have been so patient and wonderful! After our Easter sale especially, now we have everything on the way except the Olive flares that are in production with our Australian workroom. Which I personally phoned most of you yesterday to thank you. ... There have been some negative comments about our business legitimacy because we havnt instantly responded as quickly as we would have liked to, maybe your order was delayed or you missed our email updates?? I understand your frustrations, I’m putting myself in your shoes, especially if you are a new customer and don’t understand we are a small team focusing on the small fashion movement, we work with family businesses both Australia and Bali. We Do Not work with factories Nor mass produce! So sometimes if a product we didn’t expect, goes like wildfire on a sale, we must get cracking on producing more, we are working very hard with our small team to fill unexpected orders. I am working on things, how can we improve on getting every order out same day? How can we be sure customers are receiving notifications, how can we improve on responding to every email daily. I want to also mention a lot of orders are packed and shipped daily. We also expect there will always be someone unhappy about a delay, fair enough, we are only human and there is only so much I can take on board without loosing sleep at night, so I’m getting thicker skin with my personal, business and life upgrades. We have a couple of new team members, which I am so excited to have on board! branching out with production which takes time to be sure they are in align with our ethics. Yes we may lose a few valued customers through these teething problems, but we keep the kultcha family that aligns with our brand, you are my focus. We stay strong in our ethics, otherwise I would have jumped into mass production with big factories many moons ago.
