22.01.2022 Hey all We have been going full pelt all year long and doing the hard yards of late nights and weekends to meet demand. We have expanded our team to now have 5 full time kick ass employees to keep the KM Systems flying out the door. We are very proud of what we have achieved as we watch our 5 year opening anniversary creep up (Feb we shall be celebrating this epic feat!) and we are going hard over here to meet all the orders online and in shop. We are entirely booked... for the remainder of the year, have two spaces open on the last week of January and are already filling up February. In short we are packed. We are grateful, so very grateful that you have all supported us to allow us to have the privilege of working so much. It is something that we are ridiculously passionate about and still pinch ourselves that we get the honour of working on such incredible cars every day. We are under the pump though. If we have missed a message, an email, a phone call then we are sorry, we are going as hard as we can to keep up. We normally stop replying to messages and emails for quotes at around 11pm each night and we start again at 6am the next day. If you do have a query please know we value your support and are working our darndest to get back to you asap. We close for a week over Christmas and let me tell you there shall be plenty of rum, sleep and family time. 21.01.2022 Emergency drop in! Had a phone call from a guy who was travelling from down south up to Gladstone. He was coming through the road works near the Maroochydore turn off when he hit something and tore the exhaust off. I didn't think much of it and said I can probably fit him in. Did not expect this very cool VC V8 to rock up. As he said, tore one side of the exhaust clean off. 19.01.2022 Muscle up! This is one of the nicest Valiants we have seen through the shop. Every detial in this build has had the up most attention paid to it. That and is rockin a 340 ... We have fabricated a twin 2.5 inch system with X pipe, V bands and KM mufflers. Its all 409 stainless steel mandrel bent and TIG welded. #kuluinmufflers #valiant340v8 #customexhaustfabrication

We do a full muffler delete, a resonator pipe and the sports muffler. ... The difference between each is the sound level. This is the family car, they drove their daughter home from hospital in it after she was born all those years ago and then last week drove her to her high school graduation in the same car. ... 12.01.2022 Starsky and Hutch? This is a very nice and well cared for Fairlane. It started as a Variety Bash car and has since found itself also doing Rally events between Bash runs. Talking of bash, the mufflers were beaten, we have replaced the basic steel mufflers with a pair of 409 stainless steel open chambers. 09.01.2022 Loose Boost! This Boosted SS is one power packed car. Heres a 5L that isnt waiting for a rainy day to spin the tyres, no liquid HP required. Fully built 5L, 6 speed tremec and a big fancy hair dryer ... We have fabricated the dump pipe that runs through the drivers side wheel well. The exhaust then comes under the frame and is run in flat pipe past the crossmember for maximum ground clearance. The vacationer was a family luxury car and is quite the ride with a 253 V8, air conditioning, power steering and bucket seats. ... Shes the fancy pants model. 05.01.2022 Ram Twin Exhaust! This is the twin exhaust system for the early Express with the single 3 inch exhaust. We remove the stock muffler and single tail pipe. The KM super sport muffler goes on and to that we fit up the twin tail pipes. ... They fitup with all the standard hanging points and the 4 inch tips sit nicely under the bumper. 05.01.2022 When the ground fell out at the start of the year and the hospitality industry had the brakes applied, we thought we would see if giving the incredible team at That Pizza Guy a place to serve up their goodness once a week helped ease the pain from all their cancelled events. We had no idea if we were even going to be allowed to keep our doors open at this stage and both our businesses started to wing it and we hoped for the best. This was in April. That Pizza Guy blew it out ...of the water and with the support of the community who lined up every week without fail to keep them pumping out amazing pizzas it was a massive success. It with great excitement mixed with sadness that we are going to be welcoming them to our shop for the last time tomorrow. They are back to being inundated with their events and weddings and we are thrilled for them. Make sure you come down to the shop tomorrow to wish them farewell and give them a high five for making it through the hard times by pivoting like a frigging boss and kicking goals See more

02.01.2022 Big Blocks are cool! This 454 BBC Monaro was the talk of the shop. It doesn't seem to matter how many you've seen, there is still an abundance of excitement when one comes in. Its made it even cooler with that monster under the bonnet. We have fitted a set of Pacemaker extractors and fabricated the start of the exhaust to suit them.... Massive shout out to EastCoast Performance Coatings for getting the polished ceramic coating sorted with incredibly short notice. 100 pecent recommend these, they are spot on every time.
