16.01.2022 Sharing a post from Julia Persson who just finished a week of volunteering at the Elephant Freedom Project in Sri Lanka Thanks to this amazing group I found out about the Elephant Freedom Project in Sri Lanka a few months ago. And since I had already booked my flight to Sri Lanka, visiting the project was a given. I just finished my volunteering week and I must say it was an amazing experience! At the Elephant Freedom Project there is absolutely no riding and mistreatment ...of elephants. You help out with all sorts of stuff, meet amazing people and learn sooo much about elephants!
