Just letting that person know that you care and that they are worthy of being cared about is sometimes enough. Have the Lifeline and Mental Health Line numbers stored in your phone or wallet, in case you feel it’s out of your depth, but most importantly just listen and be there for that person.

17.01.2022 All KRMAS locations are temporarily closed from Midday today due to the important and necessary directive by the Government in response to the COVID19 Virus. This has been necessary as we are classified as a ‘non-essential’ service and fall under ‘Indoor Sporting Venues’. As participating responsible community members, we must all do everything we can to stem the increase in the infection rates and ensure the safety of our most vulnerable. These are trying times, but we must... evolve, stay positive and be there for one another in the best way moving forward. We do have some GREAT NEWS for our current KRMAS members. Not only can all KRMAS members continue their training using our already established KRMAS Online University......we will be releasing our brand new KRMAS H.O.T (Home Online Training) Program plus group ZOOM meetings for technique assessment, feedback and just to stay in touch with our dedicated staff members.
