Whilst information surrounding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has seen some rather hysterical responses we only deal in the facts from qualified sources. We can confirm we have in place the following measures and ask you to follow the below requirements - Wash your hands thoroughly with warm soapy water before and after each class for at least 20 second...s, Cleaning and disinfecting of all areas of the Dojo takes place regularly as the school has a full-time professional cleaner. This includes bathrooms We have slightly modified some training drills to lesson partner / physical contact for now, If you are prone to perspire heavily you will need to have a second Muay Thai singlet, Rashie or Club T-shirt to train in and your own clean towel/s to dry off between classes or before partner training drills, Ensuring personal Hygiene is always paramount, but now even more so, especially having clean feet If you are unwell have a few days off from training and follow general precautionary procedures regarding influenza and common colds, All evidence distributed by the world health organisation suggests only frail elderly people, Infants or those with immune deficiency illnesses can be gravely affected, Overall common sense needs to prevail!
