09.01.2022 What to do in the off season before classes start? Get to another dojo and train! KRMAS High Impact Orange dojo hosted KRMAS Forbes and Parkes tonight at their Muay Thai class. We always enjoy the great people and high quality sessions. Whatever you are doing through the holidays, spend the next week getting back into a training mindset, do some exercise and be ready to rock the pads first week back.

06.01.2022 A hot day didnt keep the Little Ninja graders away, well done to those who earned their new belts tonight. Special mention to Chukyu Camley Hapgood who was awarded her red belt. Many thanks to the parents who supported their kids throughout the year, and for the adult karate class for their support as assitants and run buddies for the little ninjas,
