As always Sensei Pat invites all Full Contact Knockdown fighters across the state / interstate that wish to simply get more rounds in a controlled (80% max limit) so everyone improves and enjoys it.... The aim for 2021 is 200 with @alela_soul and I focused and committed to in making sure we change upto 200 lives with our programs and products.... 16.01.2022 Today we reflect and acknowledge the passing of Sosai Mas Oyama - Founder of Kyokushin Karate 26th April 1994. 21 years I've trained Kyokushin Karate and every time we start and end a class we bow in respect to Sosai and our teachers who have paved the way for so many to uphold spiritually, physically and morally the continues study of this art. A key figure in Australian martial arts history, he is a direct student of Gju Kai karate founder Ggen Yamaguchi. A native of Hawaii, Hanshi moved to Australia in 1966 at Yamaguchi's request, to establish Gju Kai karate....
