11.01.2022 We take the quality of our ingredients seriously. After sampling 10 different grades of matcha powder from 2 different manafacturers in Japan. Weve decided to go with Uji Matcha from Kyoto prefecture, Japan. The region's mountainous terrain, high quality soil, mild temperatures, and prevalent mist all contributes to what many consider as the best matcha in the world. We chose Uji Matcha because of its mild, mellow flavour thats finished off with a slightly sweet aftertaste.... We directly import kilograms of matcha powder from Japanese tea farms to keep the cost down, so youll be able to experience what good quality matcha tastes like at a reasonable price. As the saying goes - You cant make diamonds out of shit.
